Pantera Construction Ltd. was established in 1994 and has since completed numerous new builds and renovations in the North Shore, Vancouver, Whistler and the Lower Mainland.
This registered, licensed and insured team is led by Jerome Santos, a ticketed carpenter with over 35 years of experience in the trade. Jerome started in the trade shortly after his post-secondary education at BCIT for Building Construction and Drafting. He has since returned to BCIT for Construction Project and Site Management courses. Our qualified staff reflect professionalism and integrity in their performance of quality work.
Pantera’s participation in concept, design, management and hands on building of custom homes, multi-family residential and commercial properties has been a vital part of our success. Customer satisfaction is our mantra and has garnered us many repeat clients and on-going accounts.
